Service Description
Recommended every 6 weeks to ensure your extensions remain discreet and your natural hair stays healthy. Includes a full scalp and hair health check. Maintenance appointments offer a full restoration package, this includes a complete bespoke re-application and placement check. A professional trim and style to blend everything perfectly. Please Note: Keratin Bonds require a split appointment over two separate days. You must first book a Removal Appointment to leave your hair with us for re-tipping, and a separate Maintenance Appointment on a subsequent day for your re-installation. Same-day bookings for these methods are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Within the 24-hour window, the booking system automatically locks and changes can no longer be made online. If you are unable to proceed with your appointment after this point, the amount paid will be forfeited. We cannot accept cancellation or rescheduling requests via message or social media to bypass this window. To schedule a new appointment, please use the online booking system to select a new date and pay the deposit/fee again. Completed Services: Please note that the booking fee covers administrative and preparatory costs. Once service has been performed, all fees (including the deposit) are strictly non-refundable.
