Service Description
Recommended every 6-8 weeks to ensure your extensions remain discreet and your natural hair stays healthy. Includes a full scalp and hair health check. Maintenance appointments offer a full restoration package, this includes: safe removal with no extra fee, full re-taping or re-beading, a complete bespoke re-application and placement check. A professional trim and style to blend everything perfectly. Also a selection of complimentary drinks and snacks are available to keep you comfortable while we work.
Cancellation Policy
Booking fee & Cancellation Policy: To secure your appointment, a £10 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required. This fee will be credited toward your total service cost of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes. If you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or choose not to proceed with the appointment, the £10 fee will be forfeited. Completed Services: Please note that the booking fee covers administrative and preparatory costs. Once service has been performed, all fees (including the deposit) are strictly non-refundable.
