Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required for all hair extension fitting appointments. This ensures your time is dedicated solely to your transformation and secures your premium hair order.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of hair extensions and the hygiene requirements of the hair, we do not offer refunds once the hair has been fitted. We are committed to your satisfaction; if you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary check-up and adjustment.
Consultations & Maintenance
New clients must have a consultation appointment before fitting and maintenance can take place. To maintain the health of your natural hair, maintenance appointments must be attended every 6-10 weeks as advised.
