Hair Extensions
Due to the nature of the product and hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds on hair extensions once the packaging has been opened or the hair has been fitted.
Services
We strive for perfection with every transformation. While we do not offer refunds on hair extension services, we provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you feel your extensions need adjusting, please contact us within 7 days of your fitting for a complimentary appointment.
Deposits
Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. They cover the cost of the hair order and secure your specialist's time. If you provide 24 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new date.
