In this 1 hour appointment, we'll discuss length goals, colour matching, and maintenance to give you a personalized quote.
Cancellation Policy
​Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Within the 24-hour window, the booking system automatically locks and changes can no longer be made online. If you are unable to proceed with your appointment after this point, the £10 booking fee will be forfeited. We cannot accept cancellation or rescheduling requests via message or social media to bypass this window. To schedule a new appointment, please use the online booking system to select a new date and pay the fee again. Completed Services: Please note that the booking fee covers administrative and preparatory costs. Once service has been performed, the cost of the service is non-refundable.
