Cancellation Policy
Booking fee & Cancellation Policy: To secure your appointment, a £10 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes. If you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or choose not to proceed with the appointment, the £10 fee will be forfeited. Completed Services: Please note that the booking fee covers administrative and preparatory costs. Once service has been performed, all fees (including the deposit) are strictly non-refundable.
