Cancellation Policy
​Payment Policy: To secure your appointment, our standalone Removal and Scalp Prep services are payable in full (£45) at the time of online booking. ​Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you notify us outside of this 24-hour window, your full payment can be completely transferred to your new booking date. ​Cancellations, rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend your scheduled slot will result in the £45 booking fee being retained to cover allocated salon time.
