Complimentary Post-Service Adjustment

Cancellation Policy

​The 7-Day Adjustment Guarantee: We want you to absolutely love your hair! If your extensions require a minor comfort or blending adjustment, this service is completely complimentary if booked within 7 days of your initial fitting or maintenance appointment. ​Note: If our next available appointment falls outside of this 7-day window due to salon availability, your adjustment will still be completely free of charge. ​Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Within the 24-hour window, the booking system automatically locks and changes can no longer be made online. If you are unable to proceed with your appointment after this point, you will need to make another appointment via the online booking system. We cannot accept cancellation or rescheduling requests via message or social media to bypass this window. ​No-Show Policy: Because complimentary appointments block out highly valuable salon time, a valid payment card must be securely entered at the time of booking to hold your slot. No-shows will strictly incur a £25 fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file.
